The photographer retains the copyright and all other intellectual property rights to the photographs.

The real estate agent, is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to use the photographs for marketing and promotional purposes related to the sale or rental of the property depicted in the photographs.

The real estate agent may not transfer or sublicense the license to any third party without the photographer's prior written consent.

The real estate agent may not alter, modify, or create derivative works based on the photographs without the photographer's prior written consent.

The real estate agent shall credit the photographer whenever possible by including the photographer's name in any publication or display of the photographs.

The real estate agent agrees to indemnify and hold the photographer harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from the use of the photographs.

The photographer may use the photographs for self-promotion and marketing purposes, including but not limited to, displaying the photographs in their portfolio, website, and social media channels.
